Paul Beagley, a trainer from British Council conducted a training programme from 23rd to 25th June 2011. The teachers learned new ways of making a lesson plan with keeping in mind that ‘thinking out of box is the real talent of the teacher’. In an exclusive English teachers training, More Poem was given to the simple use of grammar with a lot of phonic practice. The trainer reminds the English teachers that phonic skills and grammar make the class more interesting and, writing story with suspense, word games and vocabulary building triggers creativity. The teachers learned classroom management, and, how to teach lessons with lots of fun and creativity. The three-day training programme was enriching.
