*We've got so many things in our school!
Suryansh, in Lower KG, is as quiet as a mouse when he first gets home. He gets a little louder just when the rest of the household is settling in for the night. Smarat has not yet joined KiiT International School, so Suryansh rubs it in with relish. Just when they are all falling off to sleep, Surya starts his 'brag-wagon' rolling.
Surya: In my school they teach us songs…dancing…and many things. …We get nice snacks…morning and afternoon…Sometimes they show us cartoons…In your school they don't do anything for you."
Smarat: That's all rubbish….We get everything.
Surya: Tell me what you get?
Smarat: Oh, many things. I can't remember.

*I have a lot of work to do
On Deevali Puja Day, a School Holiday, Rehan, a UKG student at KiiT International School, from Indonesia, got up as usual and began dressing up in his school uniform, unknown to his mum.
When his mum noticed this she gently reminded him:
Mum: Rehan, you don't have school today. It's a holiday.
Rehan: No, mum. It's not a holiday. My teacher did not tell me.
Mum: Yes, baby, it is a holiday. Relax today and play a little.
Rehan: No, mum, I must go to school… I have a lot of work to do! I must go to school.

*I like the way they teach
One of her friends, at home, asked Megha, of Class 5, some questions:
Friend: Why do you like School?
Megha:I'm learning just what I want to learn. I like the way the Teachers teach us here. I did not find that so nice in my last school.
Friend: What else do you like or don't like about School?
Megha: Actually I like everything…All the study and all the activity programmes…The Picnic was a great idea. I enjoyed myself.
Friend: What about the Boarding? Why didn't you become a Boarder?
Megha: I missed my parents in my last Boarding. My friends tell me they like it in the Boarding here. …I need to think about this…I kind of very attached to my parents now..Maybe I'll grow up…and change my mind.

*I'm having a nice time at school
Kiran's in Class 8 and has had a good report in studies and has performed well in all his co-curricular activities. He and his parents felt that his school in Jamshedpur (Jharkand) would not help him fulfill his ambition of becoming a doctor one day.
Teacher: So are you happy now in KiiT International School?
Kiran: Yes, very happy… I'm getting all that I want: good teaching and very good Boarding facilities. I am comfortable in the Boarding.
Teacher: What is it specially that you like?
Kiran: I like the internet facility… and the activities. I got a chance to take part in dance, which I really like. In the next programme I'll be able to use my skills in tabla.

*I 'm very happy at school
Sam is enjoying his stay in School. Sam's from Mizoram, and his parents are quite pleased with his progress. In fact he himself appears to feel very settled and getting ever more confident in what he does. In Class 6 now, and in the Boarding, he had quite a lot to say:
Parent: Are you happy in Bhubaneswar?
Sam: Yes, very happy.
Parent: Are you enjoying school?
Sam: Very much. I like the teachers, the classes and all the activities.
Parent: What about the Boarding?
Sam: It is good. I feel very comfortable there.
